What you are actually paying for
The government fee is identical everywhere. The difference is what happens around it.
Checked before submission
Name order, passport number, photo, entry port and dates are compared against your passport scan before anything is filed. That is where most refusals start.
No payment until we confirm
You submit, we review, then we send the payment link. The price you pay is the price for your case — not a guess.
Clear refund rule
Our mistake: full service-fee refund. The government fee is paid to Immigration and is non-refundable for everyone. We say that up front.

Questions people ask first
What is a Vietnam eVisa?
An electronic visa issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department. It lets you stay up to 30 or 90 days, single or multiple entry, and it arrives by email — no embassy visit.
How long does it take?
Standard processing is 4–6 working days. Faster tiers go from Express (3 working days) down to Critical (about 1.5 hours), and there is a separate weekend service. The fees page lists every tier.
Can my nationality apply?
Almost certainly. Since August 2023 the eVisa is open to every country and territory, but a group of nationalities is handled under stricter conditions and priced individually. Pick your country in the form above: if yours is one of them, we confirm on WhatsApp before you pay anything.
Do I pay when I submit the form?
No. You submit the form, we review your case, and only then do we email a secure PayPal payment link. If something in your case changes the price, you hear it before you pay.
What if my application is refused?
If it fails because of our mistake, we refund our full service fee. The government fee ($25 single / $50 multiple) goes straight to Vietnam Immigration and nobody can refund it — which is exactly why we check documents before submitting.
Is this the official government website?
No. We are a private assistance service. The official portal is evisa.gov.vn, where you can apply yourself for the government fee alone. We will tell you honestly when that is the better choice for you.
